Hey guys and girls,
Thanks for visiting the site, and we will fix it up very soon and update it with the most recent information. But for now, MECC would like to invite you to their Introduction BBQ at 1pm on the 11th of March on Dean’s Lawn. There will be free beer and free snags for members as well as magnificent t-shirts and there will be a chance for new members to sign up.

We will be having 2 sign up sessions for the beginner robot competition this week. You can sign up and pay in the campus centre on the tables outside STA Travel at these times:
WED 29th of July from 1:00-2:00pm
THU 30th of July from 12:00-1:00pm

I hope you all had a good holiday. We’ve got plenty of MECC events early semester 2, first of which is a BBQ to promote our industry night and robot making tutorials! This will be running on Thursday 23rd July from 12:00PM - 2:00PM, so come along for some free snags, vegie burgers, soft drink and premium beer. Get the low down on the joint MECC/MAMEC industry night and grab yourself a ticket before they run out! You’ll also be able to get some more info on our robot making tutorials, and sign up for it! Hope exam studies are going well for all. Instead of studying, your MECC committee has been hard at work to bring you the beginners robot prototype. You can see photos of it here. At this stage we will be having signups in the first week of semester 2, with tutorial sessions starting in either week 2 or 3.
